Aguahara is a gentle form of aquatic bodywork used for deep relaxation and passive aquatic therapy. One-on-one sessions you will experience gentle cradling, moves, stretches, and massage in water.
It includes joint mobilisation, shiatsu, muscle stretching, and dance. The deeply relaxing effects of warm water and nurturing support, combine with movement to create a bodywork with a range of therapeutic benefits and potential healing on many levels. Water has been used in countless sacred ways since ancient times through religious and spiritual blessings, for cultural cleansing rituals as a therapeutic tool.

Forest therapy is also known as Shinrin-Yoki, Japanese for forest bathing.
The walk is not about the destination, but instead the awakening of your senses to the natural environment around you.
