Hi, I’m nagmeh manshadi.
On a constant quest to discover ancient wellness traditions and holistic healing techniques, I have studied alongside experts in a variety of disciplines. My journey has highlighted the fact that holistic wellness is not an area embraced by the corporate world, and that there is an ever-growing need to bring holistic wellness into our busy, stressful lives. I set about addressing this need. What began as my own journey of personal and spiritual growth has today blossomed into a way of serving those around me.
My interest in wellness began when I decided to explore yoga in greater depth. I have 500 hours of yoga teacher training around the world, as well as training in Aguahara therapy and extensive knowledge of forest bathing (shinrin yoku). I have spent the last 15 + years learning and studying the art of movement as a healing modality, ultimately leading me to water therapy.
As a nature aficionado, I am ever curious about how we can tap into the healing properties of the natural world. An example includes water, which has been used since ancient times through religious and spiritual blessings, for cultural cleansing rituals, and for personal healing.
Being sensitive to the ultimate powers of nature makes us aware of the power within ourselves. This wisdom ensures our alignment and deeper intimacy with the sacred dimension of life.
In short, I see nature as our true therapist.
